ePortfolio Introduction
This ePortfolio has been embedded within my own professional blog, which I started at the beginning of the year to record and share my thinking, experiences and learning as I embarked on a new job as Deputy Principal of Cobham Intermediate.
When I begun EDEM630, one of the first e-Activities was to create a critically reflective ePortfolio of artifacts to demonstrate new techniques, skills and leadership. I believe I have provided this to the best of my ability within my blog and am thrilled that this has gone beyond just completing required tasks for assessment purposes, but has become a a hugely influential process for my own learning about what and how to share professional reflections online, reference appropriately and to really delve deep into my own thinking, linking my experiences to current and reputable research. This has forever changed how I will post on my blogs in future. The reflective nature of the posts has allowed me to link everything back to my school context and given the tasks meaning and authenticity. This has made assessment two for EDEM630 extremely relevant and useful and I hope I was able to deliver in terms of quality!
